Winchburgh Core Development Area: Affordable Housing Advice

The Winchburgh Core Development Area covers 1,100 acres north of Winchburgh, West Lothian. It will involve the development of 3,450 homes and infrastructure investment including 4 primary schools, 2 secondary schools, roads, public transport links including a new railway station and a new junction to the M9. The area also requires 15% of the new housing provision to be social rent and 10% to be other affordable housing tenures.
